Not a fan of the temp Liked: Cheap Disliked: The room was insanely hot when I got there and after about 2 hours it still wouldn't cool down. Went and stayed with a friend in the area instead.

Liked: Our mom couldn't make it up stairs to our originally assigned rooms, and it was absolutely no problem. They immediately showed her to a ground floor room where she was able to park right in front for loading straight into the room. Super service! Disliked: You can not fix the location. It's in a shady part of the city, but it was clean, centrally located and service was excellent when needed.
